Here is a glimpse at the proposal:
For full-time resident students taking between 12 and 16 credit hours, tuition would rise $238 per semester from the present $2,498 to $2,736.
Part-time tuition would rise 1 percent for those taking three credit hours, 6.9 percent for those taking six credit hours and 9 percent for those taking nine credit hours.
The plan eliminates the administrative fee for first-year students and changes the technology fee from a lump sum to a fee charged on a per-credit-hour basis.
