CANFIELD
Dec. 1
Theft: A store manager discovered that a deposit that was to have been made Friday was not made at McDonald's Restaurant, 586 E. Main St., and the money was missing.
Dec. 2
Menacing: A teacher at Canfield High School reported receiving a threat written on a paper and left in a classroom at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road.
Dec. 3
Warrant: Police arrested a 19-year-old Youngstown man on a warrant for felony burglary out of Youngstown Police Department and a local charge of possession of drug paraphernalia on Neff Drive.
Dec. 4
Drug abuse/paraphernalia: Police arrested an 18-year-old male student on a charge of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia when marijuana and rolling papers were found in his girlfriend's car after she drove him to school.
Dec. 5
Recovered drugs, paraphernalia: A female Canfield high school student's mother brought a tin box containing a razor blade, a syringe in plastic, a silver cylindrical pipe with a rubber tip with residue of suspected marijuana and an oxycodone tablet to school officials.
Drug paraphernalia: Police arrested a 42-year-old Canfield man for possession of drug paraphernalia when police found a glass crack pipe and suspected crack cocaine in his vehicle after he was stopped in his car and arrested on a warrant for probation violation out of Trumbull County.
Drug abuse: Police arrested a 44-year-old Canfield man on charges of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia for possession of two packs of rolling papers, a small bag with suspected marijuana, two crack pipes, and two marijuana pipes at El Patio Motel, 485 W. Main St.

Lost/stolen item: A man's wallet was reported missing at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.
Counterfeit money: A counterfeit $10 bill was passed at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Police arrested two women for theft at J.C. Penney Co., 6000 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A CD player, scanner and cell phone were reported stolen from Noday's Bar, 3713 Oakwood Ave.
Theft: Police arrested two men for theft of cigarettes at Giant Eagle.
Theft: Jewelry was reported stolen from an apartment in the 900 block of Compass West.
Theft: Stereo equipment was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Dec. 2
Misuse of credit card: A 16-year-old male is accused of misusing a credit card at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Drug offense: A female suspect was accused of possession of dangerous drugs, suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Warrant: Police arrested a man in the 500 block of Niles-Canfield Road on a warrant out of Mahoning County Court here for failure to appear on a charge of selling without a certificate of ownership.
Aggravated menacing: A woman reported receiving calls from an unidentified man in the 500 block of South Raccoon Road.
Aggravated menacing: A woman reported receiving calls from another female in the 1000 block of Paisley Street.
Aggravated menacing: A man reported being threatened by another male in the 200 block of Idaho Road.
Aggravated menacing: A woman reported being menaced by another female.
Theft: A man reported being robbed in the 4000 block of New Road.
Theft: A 16-year-old male juvenile stole cough medicine from IGA, 4477 Mahoning Ave.
Dec. 3
Misuse of credit card: Charges on a credit card were made over the Internet at Sky Bank, 6010 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A girl stole jewelry from Wal-Mart.
Trespassing: Police arrested a male suspect in the 6000 block of Country Ridge Drive.
Theft: Police accused a woman of stealing DVDs from Wal-Mart.
Drug offense: Police said a 14-year-old boy gave pills to a 12-year-old girl at school at Austintown Middle School, 5800 Mahoning Ave.
Forgery: Police arrested three people at Rulli Bros., 4331 Kirk Road. One man was charged with carrying a concealed weapon; a woman was charged with forgery, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia; and a second man was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge.
Auto theft: A 1989 Chevrolet Z-24 was stolen from ITT, 1030 N. Meridian Road.
Criminal damaging: Six sections of vinyl fencing were damaged at Trax Lounge, 4250 New Road.
Dec. 4
Attempted burglary: A door frame was pried open at a residence in the 4000 block of Pembrook Place.
Warrant: Police arrested a man on a warrant out of Mahoning County Court here for underage consumption and drug abuse.
Theft: A woman's purse was taken from Wedgewood Laundry, 4236 New Road.
Criminal damaging: Lawn damage was reported in the 1000 block of East County Line Road.
Menacing: A 12-year-old pupil threatened a teacher at Frank Ohl Middle School, 255 Idaho Road.
Forgery: A check drawn on Home Savings and Loan Co. for $120 was forged at Wal-Mart.
Dec. 5
Drug offense: Suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia were recovered during a consent search at an apartment in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Drug offense: A man was transported to St. Elizabeth Health Center for a drug overdose from an apartment in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Counterfeit bill: Counterfeit money was passed at Certified gas station, 825 Niles-Canfield Road.
Breaking and entering: Three vehicles were broken into in the 1000 block of Compass West apartments.
Theft: A cellular phone was stolen from Ponderosa, 4626 Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damaging: A mailbox and Vindicator box were damaged in the residential 900 block of North Turner Road.
Menacing: A man was accused of menacing in the 200 block of Third Street.

Warrant: Police arrested a man in the 3000 block of Claridge Drive on a warrant for contempt of court through the Trumbull County Sheriff's Department.
Bad checks: Three bad checks were passed by a woman at Farmers Bank, 22 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Warrant: Police arrested a man at Warren City Jail on a warrant out of Mahoning County Court here for failure to appear on a charge of falsification.
Auto theft: A 2001 Saturn was stolen from the 3000 block of South Edgehill Ave.
Attempted burglary: A door was kicked in at an apartment in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Dec. 7
Criminal damaging: A rear window on a vehicle was damaged, possibly by a BB gun, at the intersection of Kerrybrook and South Raccoon Road.
Theft: A purse was taken from a vehicle at Giant Eagle.
Criminal damaging: Windows on a vehicle and business were shot at by a BB gun at Aadams Appliance, 1747 S. Raccoon Road.
Criminal damaging: A tire was punctured on a vehicle, and juveniles were involved at Don Munn Auto Sales, 5317 Mahoning Ave.
Burglary: Bank books and jewelry were stolen from the 60 block of Lexington Place.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle windshield was broken out at a carport in the 5000 block of Callaway Circle.
