Scrapbook class
KINSMAN -- Scrapbook classes return to Kinsman Free Library Sept. 7. The class meets monthly on Saturdays from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
The $10 fee for new students includes a starter kit. Returning students pay $5. Classes are open to those 12 and older. To register, call (330) 876-2461, visit the website at www.kinsmanlibrary.org, or visit the library.

The federal Agency for Health Care Research and Quality has been tracking the increase in medical errors and has come up with a list of tips for people seeking care from health providers.
