ASHLAND -- Plans for the forthcoming marriage of Julie Helal, 654 Woodduck Court, Columbus, and William C. Kay, 893 McClain Ave., Columbus, are being announced by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Helal, 1112 Cooper Drive.
Mr. and Mrs. William E. Kay, 755 Blueberry Hill, Canfield, are parents of the prospective groom. He graduated from Ohio University in Athens with a bachelor's degree in education and is an investment representative with Edward Jones Co., Reynoldsburg.
Miss Helal, an account manager with Mindleaders Inc. in Columbus, holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from OU.
The couple have chosen Sept. 21 for their open wedding at 2:30 p.m. at St. Edward Catholic Church in Ashland and for their reception afterward at Ashland University Convocation Center.
