Grove City posted a four-person 213 to capture the M.L. Cleland Eckles Women's Invitational at New Castle Country Club. The Wolverines were followed by Westminster (229), Pitt-Greensburg (239), Penn State-Behrend (250) and Thiel (257). W & amp; J's Lynne Szarnicki was medalist with 47. Westminster junior Jodi Grissett (Neshannock H.S.) and sophomore McKenzie Crowell (East Palestine H.S.) had 54s. Other Titans were freshman Alyson Gasper (Blackhawk H.S.) with 59, sophomore Rena Paroz (Brookfield H.S.) with 62 and freshman Katie Etzel (Mt. Lebanon) with 62. For Thiel, sophomore Erin Orahood (Pymatuning Valley H.S.) had 63 while junior Liz Payne (Neshannock H.S.) carded 74.
Mount Union carded 354 to win the Mount Union Spring Invitational. Otterbein had 380, Capital 381, Wilmington 385, Ohio Northern 422, Muskingum 508 and Marietta 511. Mount Union's Meghann Glass was medalist with 79 followed by Wilmington's Tangy Shell with 86.
