POLAND -- Mr. and Mrs. Lee Kohler, 2840 E. Calla Road, is announcing the engagement of their daughter, Joy E. Kohler of the same address, and Jeffrey A. Hogg, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hogg, 112 Robinwood Drive, New Middletown.
Miss Kohler, a first-grade teacher with Springfield Local School District, New Middletown, holds a bachelor's degree in education from Youngstown State University.
Mr. Hogg graduated from YSU with a bachelor's degree in education and will graduate in May from Westminster College, New Wilmington, Pa., with a master's degree in counseling. He is a high-school learning-disabilities teacher with Springfield Local School District.
The couple will be married in an open ceremony at 2:30 p.m. July 6 at Petersburg Presbyterian Church. Their evening reception will be held by invitation at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown.
