YOUNGSTOWN -- Sam and Pauline Antronica, 4471 Little Johns Place, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, LeAnne Elizabeth Antronica of the same address, and James Henry Snyder III, a son of Jim and Toni Snyder, all of 3311 Straley Lane.
The bride-elect graduated from John Carroll University in University Heights with a bachelor's degree in education. She is employed by Boardman Local School District as a third-grade teacher at West Boulevard Elementary School and as an assistant varsity softball coach for Boardman Lady Spartans High School Team. She is also pursuing a master's degree in elementary education through Marygrove College in Detroit.
The prospective groom is a graduate intern at Rite Aid Pharmacy. He will begin his externship and clinical rotation in the Youngstown area in January and will graduate in May from the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy.
The couple will be married in an open ceremony at 2 p.m. Nov. 3 at St. Christine Church. Their evening reception will be by invitation at the Holiday Inn, Boardman.
