WARREN -- Lory Patrick, 3880 Northwoods Court, is announcing the engagement of her daughter, Amy Lynn Bartlett, and Robert Christian Slonaker, both of 2385 Wooster Road, Rocky River.
Parents of the future groom are Bob and Bonnie Slonaker, 6290 Dawson Blvd., Mentor.
An executive assistant, Miss Bartlett is employed by McDonald Investments in Cleveland.
Mr. Slonaker earned a degree in English at John Carroll University in University Heights. He is a supervisor at McDonald Investments.
The couple will exchange marriage vows during a ceremony being planned for 2:30 p.m. Sept. 14, 2002, at St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown. Invitations will be extended for an evening reception at the Avalon Inn and Resort in Howland.
