Randall B. Friend, 31, Maple Street, Niles, vandalism and a misdemeanor count of theft.
James R. Henderson, 23, Maple Street, Niles, a misdemeanor count of possessing criminal tools.
Albert Brozman, 79, Templeton Road, Warren, a misdemeanor count of theft.
Daniel J. Prince, 21, Custer Orangeville Road, Burghill, receiving stolen property.
Ronald Liptrot, 45, Beck Street, Warren, possession of cocaine.
Lisa Marsh, 20, North Street N.W., Warren, two misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest, and a count each of escape and assault on a peace officer.
