Community awareness
MILTON -- A community awareness program will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 29 at the Lakeshore Plaza parking lot to discuss current township events. Police, fire and road department representatives are scheduled to attend and answer questions.
Games, food and a raffle are also planned. The raffle can be entered by donating a canned good or item of clothing, which will be donated to the Lakeview Assembly of God Church.
