Rosemarie Warino of Boardman and Scott T. Smith of Struthers are planning an autumn wedding.
The bride-to-be is a daughter of the late James and Phyllis Warino. Parents of the future groom are Fred and Jerri Lee Smith of Poland.
Miss Warino earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and a master's in civil and environmental engineering at Youngstown State University. She is a project engineer at MS Consultants Inc. in Youngstown.
The warehouse manager at Star Extruded Shapes Inc. in Canfield, Mr. Smith graduated with an associate degree in electrical engineering technology from ITT in Youngstown. He also attended YSU.
Immaculate Conception Church in Youngstown will be the setting for the couple's open wedding to take place at 1 p.m. Oct. 13. Invitations will be extended for an evening reception at The Embassy in Youngstown.
