BOARDMAN -- Marvin Wilds will be installed as commander of the Mahoning Valley China, Burma India Veterans Association during a meeting Sept. 22 at the Grand Buffet, 7690 Market St.
Other officers to be installed are Otto Larsen, senior vice commander; Dick Baker, judge advocate; and Les Donald, provost marshall.
Commander Ed DeCapita will conduct the meeting.
