HUBBARD
Aug. 23
Drug equipment: A marijuana pipe was found in the Taco Bell parking lot.
Theft: Forty prescription pills were stolen from a home in the 200 block of Hager Street.
Aug. 24
Criminal damage: A vehicle was damaged in the 500 block of East Liberty Street.
Aug. 25
Arrest: Police arrested a Hubbard man in the 300 block of South Main Street and charged him with arson.
Burglary: Someone broke through the window of a home in the 200 block of Hager Street.
Theft: A cement elf was stolen from a yard in the 300 block of Rebecca Street.
Aug. 26
Theft: A go-cart was stolen from a shed in the 40 block of Hillview Drive.
DUI: Police arrested a man on North Main Street and charged him with driving under the influence and driving under suspension.
Auto theft: A white pickup truck was stolen from the 400 block of West Liberty Street.
Aug. 27
Theft: Lawn figurines were stolen in the 100 block of Elmwood Drive.
Theft: A newspaper vending machine was stolen from the front of Shadow Run Apartments, 518 W. Liberty St.
Aug. 28
Arrest: Police arrested a Hubbard man on West Liberty Street and charged him with driving under suspension.
Drug charges: Police arrested a Hubbard man in the 700 block of West Liberty Street and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse.
Aug. 29
Arrest: A Pennsylvania male was arrested on West Liberty Street and charged with driving under suspension.
Arrest: Police arrested a Hubbard man on East Liberty Street and charged him with driving without a license.
GIRARD
Sept. 1
Burglary: A total of $200 was stolen from a home in the 200 block of Elruth Avenue.
Sept. 4
Criminal damage: Someone rammed into a gate at the end of Summit Street.
Theft: Someone stole a statue from a yard in the 200 block of East Howard Street.
Criminal damage: Two tires of a vehicle and a bike were flattened in the 400 block of North Avenue.
Sept. 5
Theft: A bike was stolen from a porch in the 600 block of Church Hill Road.
LIBERTY
Aug. 27
Theft/misuse of credit card: Two women are accused of using a stolen Discover card to pay for merchandise at Phar-Mor, 3551 Belmont Ave.
Auto theft: A 1995 Chevrolet Monte Carlo was stolen at the Knights Inn, 1600 Motor Inn Drive.
Aug. 29
Theft: An employee stole $40 from Midwest Money Center, 642 Gypsy Lane.
Aug. 30
Theft: A license plate was stolen from a vehicle at Perkins Restaurant, 3432 Belmont Ave.
Theft: Someone short-changed Taco Bell, 3640 Belmont Ave., for $10.
Theft: A $60 lawn ornament was stolen from a yard in the 3000 block of Logan Road.
Aug. 31
Breaking and entering: Someone smashed a window at the Super Chinese Buffet, 3230 Belmont Ave., and stole a safe containing an undisclosed amount of money.
Theft: A four-wheel vehicle was stolen from the 1000 block of Trumbull Avenue.
Theft: A cell phone and $65 were stolen from a purse at the Holiday Inn, 1620 Motor Inn Drive.
Sept. 1
Theft/forgery: A $56 check was stolen from a mailbox in the 4000 block of Middle Drive.
Breaking and entering: Someone broke into a home in the 2000 block of Northview Boulevard, damaged the door and stole a Sony PlayStation and 72 CDs.
Sept. 2
Arrest: Police arrested a 26-year-old Youngstown man in the 4000 block of Belmont Avenue and charged him with two counts of drug trafficking.
Theft: A blue bike was stolen in the 3000 block of Northgate Road.
Sept. 3
Theft/driving under suspension: Police arrested a 37-year-old Youngstown man at Shell, 3990 Belmont Ave., and charged him with stealing $16 worth of beer and driving under suspension.
Theft: A man stole $58 worth of cigarettes from Dairy Mart, 1478 Church Hill-Hubbard Road.
Theft: A camcorder was stolen from a home in the 400 block of East Montrose Street.
