YOUNGSTOWN -- Amy Lynn Spin, 5541 Mill Creek Blvd., Boardman, and James Gregory Leonard, 5921 Applecrest Drive, Boardman, were married Sept. 1 during a 2:30 p.m. ceremony performed by the Rev. Joseph Fata at St. Dominic Church. A reception followed at The Georgetown in Boardman.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. Spin, also of 5541 Mill Creek Blvd., and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald H. Leonard, 6591 Appleridge Drive, Boardman, will live in Boardman after a cruise to the southern Caribbean.
Pearls, sequins and Alencon lace adorned the bride's candlelight matte satin gown. It featured an open portrait neckline, cap sleeves and a cathedral train.
Melissa Bianco was her sister's honor attendant, and bridesmaids were Connie Spin, the bride's sister-in-law; Kristen Bins-Castronovo; Lisa Lucente; Kerry Wires; and Kim Pennell. Flower girls were the bride's niece, Maura Bianco, and the groom's niece, Allison Leonard.
Best man was the groom's brother, David Leonard, and groomsmen were Chris Spin, the bride's brother; Angelo Bianco, her brother-in-law; Joe Goodspeed; Bob Leonard, the groom's brother; and Jeff Hammerton.
The bride, a registered nurse with Drs. Joseph Ambrose and Christopher Economus in Canfield, graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in nursing.
A programmer analyst II with Parker Hannifin in Youngstown, the groom holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Kent State University.
