A TIP OF THE HAT: With the new Sorcerer's Hat in the distance, Disney World performers ham it up at the resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. The 12-story-high hat, built to resemble the one Mickey wore as the sorcerer's apprentice in "Fantasia," will be the site of an 18-minute light show that tells the story of animation.
