Planned Parenthood of Mahoning Valley's Columbiana County office at 15549 state Route 170, Calcutta, was closed for 10 days after a white-powder substance spilled Oct. 15 from an envelope that contained a threatening letter.
The FBI reported the substance did not contain anthrax or any other living organism.
A manager at the Planned Parenthood office who did not want to be identified said she and another employee sought treatment at East Liverpool City Hospital and were given the antibiotic Cipro as a precaution.
