FRIDAY
National Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon, 2759 Lipkey Road, North Jackson, will be serving a fish buffet and selling pirogi. The buffet will be available from 3:30 to 7 p.m. The cost will be $8 for adults and $5 for children. Potato and cheese pirogi may be ordered ahead as a takeout. The cost is $4 a dozen.
SATURDAY
XWarren Commandery 39 will sponsor a spaghetti dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Masonic Temple on Pine Avenue. Meals are $6 for adults and $3 for children under 12. SUNDAY
The Altar/Rosary Confraternity of Our Lady of Hungary Church, 545 N. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown, will hold a bake sale from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the lower hall of the church. Proceeds will benefit improvement projects.
The Italian-American War Veterans, Captain Charles Marino Post 3, 113 S. Meridian Road, will sponsor a spaghetti dinner from noon to 5 p.m. The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children 6-10. Patrons are asked to provide containers for carryouts.
Sacred Heart of Jesus Polish National Catholic Church will hold a Swiss steak dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parish hall, 702 Cameron Ave., Youngstown. Meals also will feature potatoes, vegetable, salad, rolls, beverage and dessert. Tickets are $6.50 for adults, $4 for children 6-12 and free to children under 6. Takeouts also will be available. TAKING ORDERS
XThe Circle of Serbian Sisters of Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown, is taking orders for nut, apricot and cheese kolachi for Christmas until Dec. 10. Our Lady of Hungary Church, 545 N. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown, is taking orders for fresh and smoked kolbasi. Price is $3 per pound, and orders must be made by Dec. 12 by calling (330) 799-9366. Pickup will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Dec. 19 in Mindszenty Hall at the church. Proceeds will benefit improvement projects.

Youngstown Saxon Club Concordia Chorus is taking orders for sausage to be picked up from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 15 at the club pavilion, 710 S. Meridian Road, Austintown. Plain, garlic and hot sausage will be available in three- and five-pound packs. A minimum of three pounds is required per order. Boar's Head Ladies of St. John's Episcopal Church, 323 Wick Ave., Youngstown, will sponsor a chicken dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 28 at the church. The menu will feature homemade baked chicken, salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, bread and butter, pie and beverage. Cost is $5, and containers will be provided for takeout orders.
