MERCER COUNTY Judge orders woman to repay victims

The woman is not allowed to go to Youngstown.

MERCER, Pa. -- A Mercer County Common Pleas Court judge sentenced a Greenville woman to three years' probation for burglary and receiving stolen property.
Denise Grisetti, 22, of Clinton Sreet had pleaded guilty to burglary and receiving stolen property. She admitted burglarizing a Greenville home and possessing a stolen rifle and shotgun in October 2000. The stolen items were later pawned in Youngstown. Grisetti said she committed the crimes to support a drug habit.
Judge Francis Fornelli sentenced her Friday. The judge also ordered her to pay restitution to the victims, including $6,448 to the Erie Insurance Co., and imposed several other terms including a requirement she undergo counseling and regular drug testing, and continue drug treatment. She is not allowed to associate with any co-defendants and is forbidden to go to Youngstown or to be in certain neighborhoods in Sharon and Farrell. She must also either continue her education or get a job.
In other sentencings:
U William Weaver, 45, of South Shenango Street, Mercer, was placed on two consecutive terms of two years' probation for two misdemeanor charges of theft. A former Mercer County maintenance department employee, Weaver failed to turn over $2,080 collected from vending machines in county buildings earlier this year. He also took copper tubing from a county warehouse and sold it for $118.
U Ricky Crowl, 20, formerly of Sharon and now in the Lawrence County Jail, was sentenced to 90 days to two years in jail for criminal trespassing, a second-degree felony, for breaking into the Valley Car Wash, 1364 E. State St., Sharon, last July. He was given 94 days credit for time served.
U Kenneth Pearce Jr., 31, formerly of Glen Campbell, Pa., and now in the Indiana County Jail, was given two consecutive terms of six months to one and a half years for two misdemeanor counts of passing bad checks.
U Donald Lee Phillips, 27, formerly of Farrell and now in the Lawrence County Jail, was given 11 to 23 months in jail followed by five years' probation for felony possession of 4.29 grams of cocaine and three months to one year in jail for a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest. The sentences are to be served consecutively. While being arrested Aug. 27, Phillips tackled a police officer. He was given 277 days credit for time already served.
U Lemuel Pineiro-Malick, 19, of E. Main Street in Grove City was given one month to one year in jail for a misdemeanor count of furnishing alcohol to minors during a party at his home last May. He was given credit for nine days served.
U Lashara Wilder, 25, of E. Connelly Boulevard, Sharon, was placed on two years' probation for access device fraud, a misdemeanor, for keeping a customer's credit card receipt while she worked at Shop & amp; Save, 2199 E. State St., Hermitage, and using the number to purchase $434 worth of merchandise at the store.
