FUND-RAISER WJWL and Fairhaven plan Holiday House



The three-day event will include a patron's night and public tours.
WARREN -- Holiday House 2001, sponsored by the Warren Junior Women's League and Fairhaven Foundation, will feature the home of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Kenney, 8002 Fox Hound Run, Howland, a two-story French brick home with five-bedrooms that will be furnished and decorated for Christmas by local businesses for the fund-raiser.
Details: A patron's night, which will include a tour of the home, gourmet refreshments and music, is planned from 6 to 9 p.m. Nov. 30. The cost is $25 a couple and $15 per person. Tickets may be obtained by calling Kim Griffin at (330) 856-6363.
The home will be open to the general public from noon to 5 p.m. Dec. 1 and 2. The cost is $5. Tickets may be bought at the Avalon Inn and Resort, Overholt's Champion Pharmacy, Howland SCOPE, Bolotin's Furniture, Char Decor, E. Carol Maxwell, an independent Longaberger consultant, La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries, Meinke's Creekside Gardens, Reese Floral Art, Renee's Florist, Simpson Gallery, Snowtown USA, Something New Florist, and Why Note Flowers and on the shuttle buses.
Fairhaven transportation staff will provide shuttle service to and from the Holiday House. Pickup locations will be at the Children's Rehabilitation Center and HC Mines School parking lots.
A local choir will carol in the Kenney driveway and greet guests. Wine and appetizers will be served.
