BOARDMAN -- EXCHANGING MARRIAGE VOWS BEFORE THE REV. DANIEL VENGLARIK DURING A CEREMONY AT 1:30 P.M. OCT. 6 AT ST. CHARLES CHURCH WERE KELLY ANN GROVE, 1326 MERE COURT, AND ANTHONY JOHN NIGRO, 2042 RICHLAND AVE., LAKEWOOD.
The children of John and Susan Grove of the Mere Court address and Pasqualino and Elena Nigro, 5931 Applecrest Drive, were honored during a reception at Antone's Banquet Centre.
Honor attendant was Amanda Grove. Bridesmaids were Carmela Austin, Jessica Allegretto, Jennifer Bramlett, Amy Cocco, Nicole Cooklin, Kathleen Gibbons, Debi Khasnabis, Ronda Mourad and Beth Welsh. They wore sangria-colored gowns. Gia Nigro was flower girl.
Best man was Domenic Nigro. Groomsmen were Jeffrey Austin, Daniel Baggetta, Dominic Brancaccio, Michael Cicchillo, Jon Cocco, Scott Ellis, Matthew Kaminski, Anthony Mariani and Mario Nigro. Ring bearer was Michael Toppi.
Floral Venise lace and braid adorned the bride's white, silk organza gown styled with an empire waistline and wraparound skirt.
Mrs. Nigro graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a bachelor's degree in cell and molecular biology. A fourth-year medical student at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Cleveland, she is pursuing a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology.
The groom has a bachelor's degree in environmental sciences at Youngstown State University. He is a sanitarian-in-training at Elyria City Health Department, Elyria.
After a honeymoon in Greece, the couple live at the groom's address.
