Seeking host homes
YOUNGSTOWN -- Finding host homes for 12 teen-agers from Northern Ireland will be the topic of a Mahoning Valley Ulster Project meeting set for 7 p.m. Sunday at Zion Lutheran Church, 3300 Canfield Road.
The 15-year-olds and two counselors from the Belfast area will arrive June 30 to live with selected host families for one month. The American families must have a child age 14 to 17 willing to participate in activities with the Irish teens. Activities include a trip to Cedar Point and various Cleveland museums.
