HEATHER PUSZTAINICHOLAS SMITH
HUBBARD -- Heather Pusztai and Nicholas Smith, both of Hubbard, exchanged marriage vows during a ceremony at 2 p.m. May 26 at St. Patrick Church.
Deacon Robert Friedman officiated for the daughter of Diane Pusztai of Hubbard and the late Peter Pusztai and the son of James and Betsy Smith of Hubbard.
The couple were honored at DiVeste Banquet Hall in Warren, then left for a honeymoon in Disney World, Orlando, Fla. They will live in Scranton, Pa.
Mrs. Smith graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor's degree in art therapy. She is pursuing a master's degree in art therapy at Marywood University in Scranton.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, State College, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mr. Smith is an industrial engineer with Phillips Lighting in Scranton.
The bride wore a sleeveless Japanese matte satin gown fashioned with a Venise lace bodice and an organza shawl.
Maid of honor was Denise Sonnenlitter, and matron of honor was Sherri Betts, the bride's sister. Bridesmaids were Julianne Pusztai, the bride's sister; Kristen Smith, the groom's sister; Julie Aurilio; and Teresa Rios-Bishop. They wore violet dresses. Flower girl was Skyler Betts, the bride's niece.
Best men were Jason Slater and Jason Diaz. Groomsmen were Steve Hunt; Jason Tepsick, the bride's cousin; Michael Holdford; and Matthew Smoker. Ring bearer was Harrison Smith, the groom's cousin.
