There are no Republicans on the ballot so the race should be decided in the primary. Neither incumbent Peter D. Priority: To strengthen the city tax base; Working with developers to fill vacant city lots with affordable housing: Acquire and clear more land in industrial areas to attract business and industry.
RUDOLPH HAMMOND*
Age: 72.

Employment: Retired from the Sharon Steel Corp.
Education: High school graduate.
Experience: Seven years as a city councilman.
Family: Wife: Ann; One daughter.
Priority: Completing the development of a Keystone Opportunity Zone; Developing City Park and 84 acres of vacant land located in Hermitage but owned by Farrell; Supporting the Hope VI housing rebuilding project.
