POLAND -- Announced by Nancy and Donald D. Driscoll Sr., 7235 N. Lima Road, is the engagement of their daughter, Julie Ann Driscoll, and Brian Bacon, both of 1204 Marlowe Ave., Lakewood.
Parents of the future groom are D. Lowell and Nancy S. Bacon, 4881 Signal Road, Columbiana.
Miss Driscoll, a distribution manager with E. B. Brown Opticians in Cleveland, graduated from Point Park College, Pittsburgh, with a bachelor's degree in theater arts.
Mr. Bacon holds a bachelor's degree in theater arts/Spanish from Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn., and is in mutual funds account reconciliation with National City Bank, Cleveland.
The couple will be married in an open ceremony they have planned for noon June 16 at St. Columba Cathedral, Youngstown. Their evening reception will be by invitation at the D.D. and Velma Davis Education and Visitor Center in Fellows Riverside Gardens at Mill Creek Park.
