BOARDMAN -- Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Kirila Funeral Home, Struthers, for Rose Marion Papalia, 86, of 830 Boardman-Canfield Road, formerly of Struthers, who died Tuesday afternoon in Forum Health Northside Medical Center after a long illness.
Mrs. Papalia was born Feb. 28, 1915, in Aliquippa, Pa., a daughter of Peter and Catherine Violi D'Agostino, and came to Struthers in 1931. She was a clerk for Peoples Bank, later known as Society Bank.
She was a member of St. Nicholas Church, Struthers.
Her husband, Patsy, whom she married Oct. 1, 1931, died Aug. 23, 1966.
She leaves a brother, Joseph D'Augustine of Merritt Island, Fla., and several nieces and nephews.
A brother, Frank D'Augustine, is deceased.
There are no calling hours.
