YOUNGSTOWN -- Private services will be Monday by McClurkin Funeral Home in Girard for Suzanne E. Shaffer, 59, of 4151 Logangate Road, who died of a heart ailment Thursday evening in Briarfield Manor.
Mrs. Shaffer was born Sept. 10, 1941, in Erie, Pa., a daughter of Gerald H. and Gertrude J. Leehan Williams. She worked in the title department of Stadium Lincoln Mercury for 15 years, and retired in 1998. She was a member of St. Rose Church and was a graduate of Liberty High School.
Besides her mother of Liberty, she leaves a son, James of Girard; a daughter, Christine Shaffer of Damascus; a brother, Larry Williams of Brookfield; a sister, Linda Zap of Girard; and four grandchildren.
There are no calling hours. Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or American Liver Foundation.
