Malik Griffin, 31, Arleta, Calif.; possession of cocaine, trafficking in cocaine, preparation of cocaine for sale.
Joseph P. Novak, 41, North Water Street, Hubbard; forgery, theft.
Steve Mango, 30, address not given; involuntary manslaughter, robbery, failure to comply with a police order, two counts of theft.
Christopher J. Scott, 30, Unity Road, New Springfield; possession of cocaine.
Nathaniel McKinney, 20, Tacoma Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine, failure to comply with a police order, preparation of cocaine for sale, aggravated possession of drugs.
Carlos Ramos, 42, Russo Lane, Canfield; assault.
Oscar C. Teague Jr., 46, Wirt Street, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Craig T. Whitfield, 41, South Portland Avenue, Youngstown; two counts each of possession of cocaine and preparation of cocaine for sale, one count of illegal possession of weapons, two firearm specifications.
Kalvin J. Franklin, 20, Mabel Street, Youngstown; criminal trespassing.
Jason L. Fields, 19, West LaClede Avenue, Youngstown; complicity to burglary, carrying concealed weapons.
Darnell T. Sharper, 25, Idora Avenue, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons, illegal possession of weapons, two counts of preparation of marijuana for sale, one firearm specification.
