NICHOLAS A. MARINELLI, 46

LOWELLVILLE -- Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Rossi Bros. Funeral Home, Boardman, and 11 a.m. in Holy Family Church for Nicholas A. Marinelli, 46, of 4879 Miller Road, who died of heart failure Sunday morning in St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown.
Mr. Marinelli was born April 25, 1954, in Youngstown, a son of Fred and Theresa Ialungo Marinelli, and lived in the area all his life.
He graduated in 1972 from Poland Seminary High School and had attended Youngstown State University. He worked 10 years at Republic Technologies in Canton and before that worked 17 years at Republic Steel Railroad in Youngstown.
He was a member of the church, the YMCA and Laborers Union Local 935, and had played baseball for the East Side Civics.
He leaves his mother of Poland; his wife, the former Carolyne Vargo, whom he married Oct. 15, 1988; a son, Joshua Kotch at home; a daughter, Geena Marinelli at home; and a brother, Matthew of Houston, Texas.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today and one-half hour before the service Thursday at the funeral home.
