Tattoo shop sued
YOUNGSTOWN -- A woman who says her legs were burned while she was getting a tattoo on her lower back two years ago is suing for unspecified damages.
Amanda Morningstar of Birch Trace Drive, Austintown, filed the suit Monday against Freak Show Tattoos of South Avenue in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court. It says she suffered second-degree burns to the backs of her legs. She sued in July 1999 but dismissed that suit March 10, 2000. This is a refiling of the original suit.
