DANIEL M. NOVELLO, 64 Was part-time instructor at YSU

GIRARD -- Services will be at 9:45 a.m. Monday at Rossi Bros. Funeral Home in Boardman and at 11 a.m. in St. John's Episcopal Church, Sharon, for Daniel M. Novello, 64, of 1422 Sunny Drive, who died Friday morning at home.
Mr. Novello was born Nov. 18, 1936, in Youngstown, a son of Joseph and Barbara Burjan Novello.
He was a biochemist for Forum Health for 35 years, retiring in 1993. He was also a Realtor for Northern Hills and taught at Youngstown State University. He was an Army veteran.
He was a member of the St. John's Episcopal Church in Sharon, William Farr Masonic Lodge 672, Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Ohio 93, St. John's Commandery 20 Knights Templar, Buechner Council 107 Grand Council of Royal and Select Masons, and the Oxford Club. He had been head lay leader and vestry member of St. Luke Church in Niles.
He was a 1954 graduate of The Rayen School and received a bachelor's degree in science in 1958 from Kent State University.
Besides his father of Youngstown, he leaves his wife, the former Rita Mae Romeo, whom he married Aug. 3, 1963; two sons, Derek M. of Austintown and Dale M. at home; a daughter, Danielle M. Heiden of Columbus; two brothers, James of Liberty and Michael J. of Reno, Nev.; a sister, Darlene Mounts of Davie, Fla.; and two grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home where the Masons will have a prayer service at 7 p.m.
