INDICTMENTS Mahoning County

The following people were indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury:
Patrick R. Tobin, 22, North Bon Air Avenue, Youngstown; attempted burglary and possession of criminal tools.
Robert Underwood, 42, of Dryden Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification.
Lanny D. Tackett, 46, of Miller Street, Girard; felonious assault.
Robert L. Schleuder, 39, of West Pennsylvania Avenue, Sebring; two counts of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Charles M. Trader, 47, of Lundy Lane, Lake Milton; breaking and entering.
Randolph McKinney, 42, of Clyde Street, Youngstown; receiving stolen property.
Charles E. Rivers, 53, of West Marion Avenue; possession of cocaine.
Dafarus Dixon, 22, of Holly Drive, Girard (direct indictment); four counts of theft.
Also, four men and a woman were secretly indicted for nonsupport of dependents.
