Manufacturer to relocate facility

THE VINDICATOR, YOUNGSTOWN
COITSVILLE -- A Coitsville company is relocating a 13,000-square-foot manufacturing plant and office building to a 14-acre McCartney Road site across from Victory Assembly Church.
Advanced Recycling Systems, now on North Hubbard Road in Coitsville, builds mobile construction equipment used to sandblast bridges and industrial structures. It employs four people.
The equipment uses a steel abrasive instead of conventional sand, and the units retrieve the material, reducing landfill waste, said Victor Pallotta, company vice president. He said the business will probably employ six more people by next year.
