YOUNGSTOWN -- The CPR block watch will feature the topic of "What's Happening With Our Youth" during its meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Arco Club, 3650 Shady Run Road.
Judge Theresa Dellick of Mahoning County Juvenile Court and Lt. William Rafferty of the city police juvenile division will be the speakers.
Route 30 restriction
CALCUTTA -- U.S. Route 30 just north of here in Columbiana County will be restricted to one lane Wednesday to allow for bridge deck patching. Ohio Department of Transportation maintenance employees will do the work from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
