MELANIE TOMASINOMARK CRUZ
AUSTINTOWN -- Immaculate Heart of Mary Church provided the setting for the May 19 wedding of Melanie Tomasino and Mark Cruz, both of 2315 Ridgelawn Ave., Youngstown.
The Rev. Stephen Popovich heard the exchange of vows during the 12:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is a daughter of Marilyn Scoggins of Youngstown and Frank Tomasino of Austintown.
Parents of the groom are Mary Ann Cruz of Austintown and Eliud Cruz of Boardman.
Honor attendant for her sister was Amy Tomasino. Bridesmaids were Melissa Constance, Natalie Mancino, Susanna Cingolani and Becky Petkosek. Flower girl was Victoria Cruz, the couple's daughter.
Elliott Cruz performed the duties of best man for his brother. Groomsmen were Mike McMahon, Dan Bokesch, Adam Chine and Joe Nichols.
Before leaving on a honeymoon to Aruba, the newlyweds accepted congratulations during a reception at McMenamy's in Niles.
Mrs. Cruz is a sales clerk at Dillard's Department Store in Boardman.
The groom is in sales for Banner Supply in Niles.
