BARBARA MCDONALDMICHAEL ESHELMAN
YOUNGSTOWN -- Michael J. Eshelman and his bride, the former Barbara McDonald, are living in Austintown following their marriage at 1 p.m. May 26 at a private residence in Youngstown.
The ceremony was performed by the Rev. William Johnson, and a reception was held afterward at the VFW Hall in Ellsworth.
Parents of the bride are Judy Kemble and Timothy McDonald, both of Austintown, and the groom is a son of Alvin Eshelman and Deborah Eshelman, both of North Jackson.
The bride's white satin gown was enhanced with pearls and sequins. It featured a high neckline, illusion yoke and a cathedral train.
Melissa Franklin of Austintown was the honor attendant. She wore a dark purple gown, as did the bridesmaids, Jennifer McDonald of Austintown, the bride's sister; Donna Nelson of Austintown, the groom's aunt; and Ericka Sweeney of Berlin Center, the bride's cousin. Flower girls were Symnatha and Randie Franklin, both of Austintown.
Serving as best man was Richard Bilsky of Youngstown, and groomsmen were Terry Franklin of Austintown and Gary Sallaz and Christopher Poe, both of North Jackson. Ring bearer was the groom's cousin, Collin Keeler of North Jackson, and ushers were Preston Kemble of Austintown, the bride's brother, and Alvin Eshelman Jr. of North Jackson, a brother of the groom.
The groom is an electrician with Dehoff Electric in Austintown.
