The following people were indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury:
Shawn M. Higgs, 23, Fifth Avenue, Youngstown; burglary, firearm specification.
Kelvin Barlow, 23, Republic Avenue, Youngstown; possession of marijuana, permitting drug abuse.
Leshawn D. Bryant, 23, Oxford Avenue, Youngstown; trafficking in cocaine.
Chalise M. Gibson, 27, Imperial Street, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Charles L. Edwards, 42, Red Fox Drive, Boardman; 16 counts of illegal processing of drug documents, one count each of possession of drugs and theft of drugs.
