KIM KENNEDYRYAN ALLEN
NORTH LIMA -- Honeymooning in Hawaii are Mr. and Mrs. Ryan Allen, who exchanged vows before the Rev. Melinda Zacefield at 2:30 p.m. June 16 at Mount Olivet Church of Christ. The former Kim Kennedy is a daughter of Gary and Martha Kennedy, all of 6278 Appleridge Drive, Boardman, and the groom is a son of Donald and Charlotte Allen, all of 4077 Middletown Road, Canfield.
Appliques with pearls adorned the bodice of the bride's satin gown designed with a sweetheart neckline.
The newlyweds received guests at a reception at The Georgetown, Boardman.
A teacher at Discover My World, Boardman, Mrs. Allen has a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Youngstown State University. The groom, who attended YSU, is an electrician with Graft Electric, Columbiana.
The bride's twin sister, Karey Kennedy, was honor attendant and wore a periwinkle gown, as did the bridesmaids, Michelle Smith, Boardman, the bride's sister; Carri Allen, Canfield, the groom's sister; Dacia Allen, Salem, the groom's sister-in-law; and Jamie Daggett, Canfield. Flower girls were Morgan Smith, Boardman, the bride's niece, and Devin Allen, Salem, the groom's niece.
Kip Botirius, Chicago, was best man. Groomsmen were Donald Allen, Salem, the groom's brother; Cory McCusker, East Palestine, the groom's cousin; and Chad Snyder, Salem; Dave Quinlan, Boardman; and Jeff Kirlik, Poland. Ring bearer was Bryce Allen, Salem, the groom's nephew.
They live in Struthers.
