The next Women's Adventure Challenge is scheduled for July 1 to 3 and Oct. 7 to 9. Not all of Nemacolin Woodlands Integrated Experiences are as physically challenging as the Women's Adventure Challenge. Check below for 2001 program themes and schedules:
The Mother-Daughter Vacation. Mothers and daughters are treated to spa treatments, gourmet cuisine and time for bonding. Dates are June 24 to 26 and Nov. 11 to 13.
Best Friends Weekend includes spa days and games. Participants may climb a 25-foot wall, roll sushi or participate in belly dancing and palm reading sessions. Dates are July 13 to 15, Sept. 7 to 9 and Sept. 28 to 30.
The Couples Mountain Escape goes way beyond dinner and a movie. Couples will enjoy massage treatments, creating sinful desserts and body painting. Dates include Aug. 17 and 19.
Scaredy Cats are given the opportunity to ride a horse, climb a rock or shoot a shotgun at the sporting clay course. Yoga and stress reduction classes are included. Dates are Aug. 26 to 28, Sept. 9 to 11 and Oct. 26 to 28.
Chuck Mangione will headline a jazz gestival during Fourth of July week. Call the resort for tickets and packages.
