2 to face charges in kidnap-robbery

WARREN -- A teen and man from Warren have been charged with aggravated robbery, kidnapping and felonious assault in the robbery of a woman Saturday at the Valley Lake Campground, Trumbull County Sheriff's Department reports say.
Thomas Phillips, 21, and a 16-year-old accomplice are accused of waking the woman as she slept in a car at 5:30 a.m. Saturday, then robbing her at gunpoint.
She later told police that they forced her to get into their car and eventually dumped her on Oak Hill Drive in Champion Township.
