RUGER GUN LOCKS
What: About 1.2 million Ruger padlocks and 800,000 Ruger cable gun locks.
Reason: The padlocks can be opened using keys other than those originally provided with the locks, and the cable locks can be opened if struck with force. This would allow unauthorized access to a firearm.
Description: Lockable boxes using these padlocks were shipped nationwide by Ruger with its pistols and revolvers from 1987 until 1995. The red cable locks were shipped nationwide with Ruger rifles and shotguns from 1998 until March 2001.

SIMMONS CRIBS
What: About 69,000 Simmons "Little Folks" baby cribs.
Reason: Bracket hooks used to position the height of the mattress can break, causing the mattress to collapse. Babies can become trapped and suffocate. There have been 800 reports of the bracket hooks' breaking. One injury to a baby has been reported.
Description: The cribs, made of maple or ash, have "Simmons" written on the top rail. "Simmons" and "Little Folks" appear on labels on the headboard. Most of the recalled cribs were made in 1998, although those sold at Sears were also made in 1999 and 2000. The two-digit year of manufacture is on a label on the headboard.
Sold from: January 1998 through December 2000 at discount, mass merchandise, children's product and department stores -- including Sears -- for between $200 and $600.
