YOUNGSTOWN -- An undetermined amount of cash is missing from a South Side newspaper distribution agency after an armed robbery Monday morning.
Two robbers, described as teen-agers with guns, entered the Youngstown News Agency, 2550 Rush Blvd., at 11:15 a.m. through an open loading dock door, according to the police report. One of them kept employees at bay and the other pointed a gun at the owner's chest, the owner told police.
The robbers, both wearing black ski masks, fled on foot with $100 in banded $1 bills and an undetermined amount of other cash in five plastic bags from the office desk.
They dropped one bag of it, which police recovered behind a nearby alcoholic recovery fellowship hall.
