HEAT FATIGUESymptoms: Feeling of weakness.What to do: Find shade or a cooler area. Drink water.
HEAT SYNCOPESymptoms: Faintness while exercising.What to do: Stop activity. Rest and find shade in a cooler area. Drink water.
HEAT EXHAUSTIONSymptoms: Fatigue; heavy sweating; pale, cold and clammy skin; cramps; dizziness, weak pulse; fainting; vomiting.What to do: Lie down in a cool, preferably air-conditioned place. Loosen clothing and apply cool, wet cloths. Drink water unless nausea occurs. Immediately see a doctor if vomiting occurs.
