YOUNGSTOWN -- Members of East Garden Club who will head the organization during the coming season were installed during a candlelight ceremony Dec. 18 at Bobby D's Restaurant.
Hilda Theiss inducted Mary Calai as president; Kitty Matasy, vice president; Helen Beckner, recording secretary; Jenny DeFione, financial secretary; and Madelyn Pedaline, treasurer.
Named to various committees were Ms. Matasy, telephone, Ms. Pedaline, program; Jean Conrad, sunshine; Ms. Theiss, auditing, and Helen Guglielm and Antoinette Soccorsy, executive board.
