PHAR-MOR: $1.25 million total for three top executives; sliding bonus for Abbey Butler and Melvyn Estrin, co-chief executives, that starts at $375,000 each if creditors receive 27 percent reimbursement and reaches a maximum of $4 million each; $1.6 million total for pharmacists and second-tier managers.
CSC LTD: $290,000 to be shared by 27 key employees.
LTV CORP.: $15 million for 109 executives, including $1.5 million in cash and $4 million in pension improvements for John Turner, former executive vice president and now chief executive of Copperweld, an LTV subsidiary.
