Gary Crivelli, 45, of Phillips Street -- three counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal use of a wiretap, one count of criminal use of a communication device, which means using the telephone for illegal purposes. In Lawrence County Jail under $15,000 bond.
Samuel L. Lowry, 19, of Sciota Street -- possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance. Jailed under $10,000 bond.
Paul Victor Ward Jr., 44, of Phillips Street -- two counts of possession with intent to deliver, possession of crack cocaine and criminal use of a communication facility. Jailed under $5,000 bond.
Kathleen Mangino, 51, of N. Cedar Street -- possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and criminal conspiracy. Jailed under $2,000 bond.
Gary Mitchell, 45, of E. Winter Avenue -- five counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jailed under $25,000 bond.
