Rick and Dana Faire of Columbus, formerly of Youngstown, are announcing the birth of a son, Kobe James, Nov. 17 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. The baby is a grandson of Dr. and Mrs. Ronald Mangie Sr. of New Middletown. His great-grandmother is Helene Mangie of New Middletown.
