BOARDMAN -- St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park was the setting at 2 p.m. Oct. 27 as Melissa Hinchcliffe of Warrensville Heights and Brian Del Castello of Carbondale, Ill., were united in marriage by Judge Maureen Cronin.
The daughter of Margaret Hinchcliffe, 248 S. Dunlap Ave., Youngstown, and the son of Rudy and Marge Del Castello, 510 Florence Ave., New Castle, Pa., were honored afterward during a reception at The Embassy in Youngstown.
After honeymooning in Berlin, the couple live in Carbondale.
The bride's handsewn ivory crepe gown was designed with an empire waist and featured a twinkle overlay and detachable Juliet-style train.
Gowned in dark violet were Jill Boyer, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Aiyme Freisen, Amanda Griss and the groom's sister, Stacey Del Castello.
Tom Williamson served as best man, and groomsmen were Fred Wright, Rich Herndon and Kevin Lomas.
The bride was a certified surgical technologist at Cleveland Clinic of Beachwood prior to her marriage.
The groom is pursuing a master's degree in anthropology at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
