TRUMBULL COUNTY Indictments

A Trumbull County grand jury handed up indictments against these individuals. Jurors also issued seven secret indictments. The identities of those people won't be publicized until they are arrested.
Harold S. Hooten, 24, Hamilton Avenue, Farrell, Pa., possession of crack cocaine.
Calvin D. Cadwallader, 46, Commerce Street, Warren, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Thomas W. Phillips, 21, Austin Avenue, Warren, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification, kidnapping with a firearm specification and felonious assault with a firearm specification.
Latasha Nicole Riley, 28, of Mineral Springs, Youngstown, forgery and theft.
Thaddeus Howard, no date of birth available, Newton Drive, Newton Falls, assault.
James Martin Whittaker, 22, state Route 193, Farmdale, aggravated burglary.
John T. Reeher, 33, Tod Avenue, Hermitage, Pa., four counts of receiving stolen property, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer.
Karen L. Shellhammer, 31, R.D. 1, Edinburg, Pa., three counts forgery and three counts of receiving stolen property.
Jeffrey Tillman, 38, Fifth Street, Warren, two counts of vehicular manslaughter.
Michael P. Shonce, 19, Illinois Avenue, Girard, receiving stolen property and three counts of criminal damaging.
Hale H. Burkholder III, 22, Hayes Avenue, McDonald, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation with a firearm specification.
Jeremy S. Gromley, 20, Hayes Avenue, McDonald, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation with a firearm specification.
John R. Stull, 46, Wood Street, Niles, possession of crack cocaine.
Marshon McCollum, 19, Stiles Street Northwest, Warren, possession of cocaine.
Shelly Rush, 31, Northfield, Cortland, complicity to commit breaking and entering and possession of crack cocaine.
Kevin Rush, 41, Northfield, Cortland, breaking and entering and possession of crack cocaine.
Deanna Lumley, 21, East State Street, Hermitage, Pa., two counts aggravated robbery and one count of burglary.
Leon M. Gibson, 20, Woodbind Southeast, Warren, aggravated burglary with a firearm specification, grand theft of a motor vehicle and theft.
Aaron L. Brown, 25, Parkman Road Northwest, Warren, two counts felonious assault with a firearm specification.
