The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber honored local businesses at its Salute to Business awards breakfast today at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman. Herbert F. Schuler, president of General Extrusions Inc. in Boardman, was chosen the chamber's business person of the year. The Schwebel Baking Co. in Youngstown received the agency's business of the year award. Also, companies were honored for their years of service to the Mahoning Valley. They are:
