A bank robbery is the focus of Mercer County Crime Solvers this week:
Crime: Robbery.
Location: First National Bank of Pennsylvania, 7 W. State St., Sharon, Pa.
Details: Police said a white man with dirty blond hair pulled back in a ponytail entered the bank shortly before noon Aug. 15 and handed a teller a note demanding cash. The teller gave him an undisclosed amount of money and he fled. Photos of the robber can be seen on the Internet at www.bankguys.net.
Description: He is between 6 feet and 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds. He wore a long-sleeve white jersey, a ball cap, blue jeans and sunglasses.

Reward: Crime Solvers, a nonprofit organization, offers cash rewards of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of anyone responsible for a serious crime in Mercer County. The FBI is offering an additional reward in this case.
